Old Stone Church provides service to you subject to this Privacy Policy which may be updated by Old Stone Church from time to time. Old Stone Church knows you care about your privacy and the use of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how Old Stone Church collects, stores, uses, and discloses your Personal Information (as defined below).

Old Stone Church provides services to you through its website located at http://www.oldstonechurch.org (the “Services”). Old Sone Church's Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy apply to all users of the Services.

We collect information that you provide to us from your use of the Services. We collect your name, company name, phone number, and email address. We refer to all of this information as “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy.

We collect Personal Information from you when you provide it to us when using the Services. This Personal Information is collected when you fill out our contact form.

5. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

  • to operate, improve, and personalize the  services we offer, and to give each user a more consistent and personalized experience when interacting with us;

We also may share Personal Information to enforce our rights, protect our property or protect the rights, property or safety of others, or as needed to support external auditing, compliance and corporate governance functions. We will disclose Personal Information as we deem necessary to respond to a subpoena, regulation, binding order of a data protection agency, legal process, governmental request or other legal or regulatory process. We may also share Personal Information as required to pursue available remedies or limit damages we may sustain.

We retain information as long as it is necessary and relevant for our operations. This includes the possibility that we will retain your data indefinitely. We delete data at our discretion, typically in accord with our data retention and destruction policies.

However, the security of information transmitted through the internet can never be guaranteed. Accordingly, and despite our reasonable efforts to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of the Personal Information you transmit to us, or to or from the Services. We are not responsible for any interception or interruption of any communications through the internet or for changes to or losses of data.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

It is important to us that you are able to: (i) access and review the Personal Information we have about you; (ii) make corrections to it or delete it; (iii) opt out of our use of your Personal Information. To do so, please contact us at info@oldstonechurch.org. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to meet your request(s) within 30 days. If you or we correct or delete your Personal Information, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or may have been copied or stored by our third party service providers, and complete removal of all traces of personal information is not guaranteed.

9. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

If you are located in California, California law provides additional rights with respect to your Personal Information.

These rights include your ability to: (a) learn the categories of Personal Information Old Stone Church has collected from or about you in the past 12 months; (b) obtain a copy of Personal Information that we’ve collected from or about you no more than twice every 12 months; (c) learn about the third parties with whom we may have shared your Personal Information; (d) obtain the categories of Personal Information that we may have sold or otherwise shared in the past 12 months; (e) learn about the categories of third parties we may have sold your Personal Information to; (f) request that your Personal Information be deleted; (g) opt out from any sale of your Personal Information; (h) file complaints about the way we handle your Personal Information; and (i) not to be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.

To exercise the foregoing rights, you can submit requests on your behalf and on behalf of members of your household, so long as you provide written authorization from such members of your household.

You can also submit requests through an agent that you have authorized in writing to act on your behalf. Your agent will need written authorization to act on your behalf.

When we receive your requests, we will verify your identity using your name, address, and phone number to match against the information we have. This process is necessary to identify the individual making the request to a reasonable degree of certainty. If we cannot verify your identity, we will reject your request. If you make requests on behalf of your household, we will verify the identities of each member of your household.
