No-Sweat Yoga Program

Since 2008, Old Stone has offered classes on Hatha Yoga, a gentle practice that helps relax your mind and rejuvenate your body. Classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday from 12:15 to 12:45pm in Fenn Hall on the third floor. Yoga mats are provided for those who do not have their own – don’t forget to wear your comfy clothes!
